Omnidirectional hydraulic lighthouse
This product is suitable for providing long-term work and emergency lighting on various sites such as railway inspection operations, track maintenance, vehicle maintenance, metallurgy, factory power, grid power, flood prevention and disaster relief industries.
1. This product is powered by water-cooled and air-cooled diesel generator sets from multiple brands such as Kubota, Weichai, and Changchai. The generator oil tank capacity is not less than 110L, and it can work continuously for more than 60 hours when filled with fuel at once. It can provide AC 220V (380V) output for use by other AC electrical equipment, with a power of no less than 7.2kW.
2. It can be connected to 220V mains power to achieve long-term continuous lighting.
3. Using four 1000W high intensity gas discharge lamp holders, the four lamp holders can be horizontally oriented 360 °, up and down 90 °. The lighting has no dead corners and can be replaced with 4 * 300W/6 * 300W LED light sources. The luminous flux reaches over 4400001m, and the average illumination is over 300Lux; The light coverage radius can reach over 120-150 meters, and the lighting area can reach over 32000 square meters.
4. The protection level of the lamp head shall not be lower than IP65, and the protection level of the lamp tower body shall not be lower than IP54. The entire lighthouse adopts four hydraulic support feet to ensure stable parking, and the maximum wind resistance level is not less than level 8.
5. The lighthouse adopts 9-section lifting and retracting rods, which have stepless adjustment (can be stopped at any height) and hydraulic control lifting function. The lifting height is>9m, and the lifting rod action time is no more than 45 seconds for lifting and no more than 20 seconds for lowering.
6. Limit switches should be set when lifting, lowering, and extending the hydraulic support legs. When the lifting rod is erected, raised, and the hydraulic support legs are extended to the limit position, they will automatically stop.
7. The lighthouse meets both trailer and vehicular transportation methods, and the maximum towing speed is not less than 80km/h
8. There are obvious warning labels on the front, back, side, and interior of the lighthouse.
9. When using the trailer method, the lighthouse is connected to the trailer through not only a hard connection method using a drawbar hook, but also a safety connection wire (steel wire rope or steel chain, etc.) and a light connector wire (brake light and direction light) to meet the safety of long-distance towing.
10. The lighthouse body is equipped with a toolbox for easy storage and access to tools.
11. The lighthouse body is equipped with a level gauge in a convenient observation position to accurately adjust the level when the lifting rod of the lamp is erected.
12. Lighting fixtures should be installed above the operation control panel of the lighthouse to facilitate operation when there is insufficient illumination at night.
13. The power cords of the four lighting lamp heads are placed inside the lifting pole to prevent electric shock accidents caused by cable wear and insulation layer;
